Production Engineer III (L6) – Skopje

About the role

RLDatix is seeking a Production Engineer III to join its global engineering organization in Skopje. You will design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable cloud systems that support our healthcare platforms, ensuring they remain resilient, observable, and performant as we grow worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for secure software delivery across distributed environments.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to embed reliability, scalability, and operational excellence into application and infrastructure design.
• Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure using infrastructure‑as‑code and CI/CD best practices.
• Monitor production systems, diagnose moderately complex issues, and drive sustainable root‑cause solutions.
• Implement and evolve observability practices, including monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Navigate ambiguous or evolving technical requirements by designing flexible solutions.
• Maintain high engineering quality through peer reviews, test‑driven development, and proactive technical debt management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience as a Production Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and operating scalable cloud infrastructure and microservice‑based architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, IAM, and KMS, including multi‑AZ or multi‑region setups.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), workload scheduling, RBAC, Helm deployments, and GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD).
• Proficiency with Terraform for module development, state management, and automated testing.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, focusing on automation, reliability, and zero‑downtime deployments.
