Project Manager – Digital Battery Passport Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Digital Battery Passports (DBP) for our clients. In this client‑facing position you will guide projects from onboarding through data mapping, platform configuration, testing, deployment and operational handover, while continuing to support customers after go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead DBP projects from kickoff to operational handover, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Translate regulatory, technical and business requirements into detailed project plans and schedules.
• Assist clients in establishing processes for creating, maintaining and updating battery passports.
• Coordinate dependencies between clients, suppliers and internal product, technical and sales teams.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, gather missing information and manage change requests.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive platform adoption and uncover further use cases.

Required profile

• Strong experience in managing complex, client‑focused implementation projects.
• Comfortable working with regulatory and technical specifications, especially EU Battery Regulation and related sustainability standards.
• Ability to recognise when specialist input is needed and to translate complex topics into clear project actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
