Project Manager – SaaS Software Delivery

About the role

RegDesk, a provider of AI-enabled regulatory information management software for medical device and diagnostic companies, is looking for a Project Manager with a background in software implementation projects for SaaS or software-based systems. The role manages the delivery of several SaaS projects on time and to specification, working closely with implementation consultancy and professional services teams. Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST, and training is provided at the start of the job.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble project plans and schedules
• Identify and coordinate the resources needed to complete the project
• Track key milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs
• Communicate with senior management on issues affecting scope, budget, risk and resources
• Manage prioritization and change management, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Run formal reviews with project sponsors to confirm acceptance and satisfaction
• May manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
• Report to the Team Lead weekly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, science or another related field, or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of experience managing small-to-midsize, moderately complex projects, or equivalent team leadership experience
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
• Project management certification or a recognized project management curriculum is preferred but not required

Required skills

• High-level expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Extensive knowledge of resource management and change management
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Jira Atlassian, Smartsheet and Claude
