Property Manager - Rental Properties

About the role

Invenio & QHS is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Property Manager position. The role covers the operational and administrative management of rental properties and apartments in an international setting, requiring strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills, and excellent English.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of rental properties and apartments, keeping them maintained, occupied and efficient.
• Coordinate property readiness, maintenance follow-up and communication with external service providers.
• Draft, standardize, review and update rental agreements and contracts.
• Manage tenant onboarding and offboarding, including leases, handovers, move-ins and move-outs, inspections and deposits.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor rent collection, payment follow-ups, invoicing and related financial administration.
• Coordinate suppliers, maintenance companies, cleaning services and utility providers.
• Assist in company administration and establishment, including documentation, legal coordination and liaison with banks and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local rental, property and corporate regulations and keep proper records.
• Support internal reporting, occupancy monitoring and availability/reservation coordination.

Required profile

• Experience in property management, rental operations, real estate or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in hotel management, Airbnb, Booking.com or short-term rental operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local rental and property regulations is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
• Strong organization, multitasking and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
