Quotations Specialist – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a precise and process‑oriented Order Entry & Quotations Specialist to manage order processing and quotation support for the lighting and electrical building industry. The role focuses on accurate entry of sales orders, purchase orders, and pricing data into NetSuite while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, backorders, and project revisions into NetSuite.
• Assist in inputting product codes, quantities, and negotiated supplier pricing to generate project quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order receipts, verify lead times, monitor delivery status, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain NetSuite with up‑to‑date vendor pricing sheets, SKU information, inventory status, and order notes.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy before final submission.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or purchasing within lighting, electrical supply, or construction materials.
• Basic understanding of lighting products and electrical terminology.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Direct experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP) for order entry and purchase order management.
