Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site

About the role

LIV Enterprises, a fast‑growing logistics company in Macedonia, is looking for an on‑site Recruiter to support its Macedonian offices. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring talent across various functions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for senior, hard‑to‑fill and high‑volume positions.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and ensure alignment throughout recruitment.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, results‑driven and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
