Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Skopje. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for INBOKS training and consulting solutions across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, presenting tailored training and consulting solutions.
• Develop territory sales plans, manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance, forecast and market trend reports.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Collaborate with training and consulting teams to customize offerings and ensure high‑quality service before and after delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, participate in promotional events and feed market insights back to the product team.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management and closing skills.
• Excellent account management, stakeholder engagement and long‑term partnership building abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Negotiation, strategic planning and market analysis capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
