Remote Media Buyer & Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a marketer who can own the full lifecycle of DTC paid‑media accounts – from research and creative direction to media buying and conversion optimisation. The role is fully remote and you will be the single point of contact for 4‑6 eCommerce brands, managing budgets from $30k to $1M per month.

Key responsibilities

• Own 4‑6 DTC accounts end‑to‑end, handling strategy, media buying, creative direction and client communication.
• Conduct deep research using customer reviews, ad comments, support tickets and Reddit to uncover angles and objections.
• Write briefs, scripts and direct editors/designers to produce high‑performing ad creatives.
• Build, deploy and test landing pages, advertorials and product pages using Claude Code and Vercel.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, checkout) and implement fixes.
• Report on new‑customer economics, optimise for NC‑CPA and NC‑ROAS, and defend attribution choices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience buying Meta ads for DTC/eCommerce brands with measurable CPA, ROAS and revenue results.
• AI‑native: daily use of Claude (or equivalent) for research, copywriting and landing‑page development.
• Native‑level English direct‑response copywriting ability.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills; comfortable presenting results and defending decisions.
• Availability for US Eastern business‑hour client calls.
• Bonus: experience running a Shopify store or eCommerce brand.
