Remote Sales Specialist

About the role

M3DS Academy, an online 3D art and game development school, is hiring a full-time remote Sales Specialist for its international admissions and sales team. You will guide prospective students through their educational journey, helping them choose the program that best fits their career goals in 3D art or game development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and build relationships with potential students
• Hold consultation calls to understand students' goals and recommend suitable programs
• Deliver personalized program recommendations and a supportive experience from first call to enrollment
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain organized CRM records and follow up consistently with leads
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions and mentorship teams to improve conversion and satisfaction

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, admissions or student advising, with a record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
• Experience in education, creative media or online learning is a plus
