Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA) Assistant

About the role

The Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA) Assistant will support the implementation of the EU‑funded Twinning Project MK 24 IPA AG 01 24. The project aims to protect human, animal, plant and environmental health by improving the national plant protection system and ensuring proper implementation of relevant policies and legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Twinning Adviser in day‑to‑day project activities.
• Support coordination and communication among consortium partners from Italy, Greece, Croatia and North Macedonia.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports and monitoring tools.
• Help track progress of plant protection improvements and policy implementation.

Required profile

• Background in agriculture, plant protection, environmental policy or a related field.
• Familiarity with EU agricultural and phytosanitary regulations is advantageous.
