Sales Advisor – 20 hrs/week (Palm Mall Tetovo)

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Palm Mall Tetovo you will create an outstanding shopping experience for customers, welcoming them, guiding them through the store and helping them find the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their visit.
• Share fashion knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Maintain the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas well‑stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

• Passion for fashion and a strong desire to help customers.
