Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Financial Services

About the role

Talkr is building a team for a fast-growing UK client in the financial services sector and is hiring Sales Development Representatives in an office in Kisela Voda, Skopje. Working Monday to Thursday 9am–9pm and Friday to Saturday 9am–5pm, you will be the first point of contact for people buying a home, guiding them from their first enquiry through to a submission-ready mortgage case alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries and build strong relationships with prospective clients
• Run initial fact-finds to understand each client's needs and situation
• Book appointments for Mortgage Advisors and keep their diaries full
• Nurture opportunities and move them forward through the sales pipeline
• Follow up on outstanding documents and information to keep cases on track
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Support clients throughout their mortgage journey and ensure every case is complete and ready for submission

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, customer service, lead generation or financial services
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• Ability to handle several client conversations at once
• Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• A customer-first mindset, a positive attitude and a competitive drive
