Sales Development Specialist – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Regional Sales Development Specialist will work on‑site in Skopje, driving revenue growth for INBOKS by promoting its training and consulting solutions to food‑and‑beverage companies. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering tailored proposals to decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned territory, generating leads and managing the sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring contracts and pricing are aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with training and consulting teams to customize solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor competitor activity, participate in promotional events, and provide market feedback to improve service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG or food‑and‑beverage sector.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in both Macedonian and English.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and customer feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking activities and reporting.
• Competence in standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
