Sales Executive (On-site)

About the role

TBM Group is an experienced business event organizer that creates tailor-made events covering key topics across industries, focusing on benchmarking, networking and insight sharing. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive based in Skopje, responsible for finding new business, keeping clients satisfied and reaching sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets
• Conduct market research
• Present and promote event solutions
• Negotiate contracts
• Work with the events team to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution

Required profile

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Experience in the events industry is a plus

• Ability to conduct market research and spot new opportunities
• Excellent organization and time management
