Sales Manager – FinTech (Romanian Market)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive B2B growth for a fast‑growing FinTech partner in the Romanian market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and work closely with internal teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close new B2B deals across Romania.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from outreach through negotiation and signing.
• Understand client business needs and position solutions that deliver tangible value.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting and market strategy.
• Track, report, and optimise the sales pipeline.
• Maintain client relationships to boost retention and uncover upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology‑focused environment (FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Proactive, opportunity‑driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex sales environments and earn senior‑level trust.
• Strong network in the Romanian market is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Valid category B driving licence.
