Sales Representative – Professional Training Programs

About the role

Training Digital Skills is looking for a professional, responsible and highly communicative sales representative to present and sell its professional training programs. The position is full-time and on-site in Tetovo, North Macedonia.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by phone (cold calling and warm leads)
• Present the training programs and offers professionally
• Advise clients and guide them toward the right training
• Follow up interested clients until they register
• Manage contacts and update data in the CRM system
• Meet monthly sales targets

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of the Albanian language, with clear pronunciation and professional communication
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in sales, telesales or customer service preferred
• Full-time availability in the office in Tetovo
• Customers are mostly Albanian speakers from North Macedonia, so excellent Albanian is essential
