Sales Support Administrator

About the role

Strengthen international sales operations by handling SAP order processing, quotations, forecasting and back‑office administration for a global connector manufacturer. The role connects sales priorities with reliable execution while offering exposure to an international manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage sample orders and sales orders in SAP HANA, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor EDI transactions, identify and resolve errors or discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations based on approved pricing guidelines.
• Maintain and update sales forecasts in customer portals for demand planning.
• Liaise with Business Development Associates and Sales Operations teams to align on customer requirements and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Support day‑to‑day sales administration, payment collection, and reporting activities.
• Create presentations and other sales materials, and participate in customer visits as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration or a related back‑office role.
• Hands‑on experience with purchase orders, invoicing and stock control.
• Fluent English proficiency and strong teamwork skills.
• Proactive, flexible and able to adapt to changing business requirements.
