Salesforce Developer – Build and Evolve Platform

About the role

Our Salesforce platform powers sales, service, marketing, and operations at scale. As a Salesforce Developer you will design, develop, and extend custom solutions that impact teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event‑driven architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with administrators and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain automated flows, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards to ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
• Support release management, including version control, sandbox management, and deployments via Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to platform strategy and roadmap planning.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce org and produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certification (desirable).
• Experience with Marketing Cloud development (AMPscript, SSJS, APIs).
• Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
