SAP RMCA/FI-CA Specialist – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SAP Specialist in Finance to support the A1 Group’s operations across multiple countries. The role focuses on SAP RMCA (Revenue Management – Contract Accounting) and FI‑CA (Finance – Contract Accounting) modules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA/FI‑CA, including configuration, customization, testing and deployment.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions and document functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve ABAP‑related issues for custom solutions.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity and continuous process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or related field.
• 2–5 years of SAP FI experience, preferably with ABAP exposure and good accounting knowledge in accounts receivable.
• Experience in mass‑market industries such as telecommunications or utilities is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; German or Croatian a plus.
