SAP Specialist – Financials (RMCA)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SAP Specialist – Finance (RMCA/FI-CA) to support A1 Group’s operations across multiple countries. You will work in a fast‑paced, stable environment, deepening your SAP expertise while contributing to real‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA, especially FI‑CA.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Document functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ABAP‑related issues.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or related field.
• 2–5 years of SAP FI experience, preferably with ABAP exposure.
• Good accounting knowledge, especially accounts receivable.
• Experience in mass‑market industries such as Telecommunications or Utilities is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English; German and/or Croatian are a plus.
