Senior Agile Coach

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead the agile transformation at Quipu’s Skopje office. The role focuses on empowering squads to become high‑performing, self‑organising teams that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable agile practices across squads and IT areas.
• Facilitate quarterly planning events such as PI Planning and QBRs, ensuring team readiness.
• Drive organisational change using frameworks like ADKAR and maintain the Agile Playbook.
• Conduct agile maturity assessments and create improvement roadmaps.
• Plan and run scaled agile ceremonies, track dependencies, risks and impediments at the IT‑area level.
• Support Communities of Practice and ensure alignment across domains.
• Identify and resolve systemic blockers, optimise delivery flow using cycle‑time, throughput and WIP limits.
• Facilitate cross‑squad retrospectives, improvement workshops and support release cadence alignment.
• Coach core agile ceremonies, backlog readiness, prioritisation and story quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a senior capacity.
• Strong ability to act as a strategic change agent and influence leadership.
• Excellent facilitation skills for large‑scale agile events.
• Track record of improving squad maturity and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in IT or software development environments.
