Senior BIM Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Utopia is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross‑discipline coordination across luxury hospitality and residential projects. You will bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams, catch conflicts early, enforce BIM standards, and keep projects on schedule and buildable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain high‑quality Revit models for architectural projects.
• Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with ISO 19650.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Manage project data within the Autodesk Construction Cloud Common Data Environment, including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
• Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, especially low‑rise residential or hospitality projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Deep technical expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks.
• Professional written and spoken English.
