Senior Finance Associate – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to support internal firm services. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and compliance, working closely with local and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Perform financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyse business performance.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure statutory, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash‑flow reporting and working‑capital monitoring.
• Partner with business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Shared Service Centers and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
