Senior Front-end Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Front‑end Developer to lead the development of a large‑scale Angular application. You will work closely with designers, product managers, backend engineers and QA to deliver high‑quality, performant web experiences that align with our product vision.

Key responsibilities

• Translate web design mockups and feature requirements into functional, mobile‑friendly websites.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests to guarantee software quality.
• Collaborate with other squads to implement seamless user experiences.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues, performing root‑cause analysis and delivering reliable fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience building modern web applications.
• Strong background in frontend architecture, including micro‑frontends and monorepos.
• Proven ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging frontend technologies and best practices.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Angular 16+ (experience with React, Vue, RxJS and reactive state management is a plus).
• Micro‑frontend techniques (Webpack Module Federation, Single‑SPA).
• Monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo).
• CSS preprocessors (SCSS/SASS/LESS) and Tailwind CSS.
• RESTful APIs, WebSockets.
• Package managers (npm, yarn).
• Design patterns, component‑driven development.
• Web performance optimisation (lazy loading, bundle analysis, caching, critical CSS, image optimisation).
• Browser testing and debugging tools.
• CI/CD pipelines.
