Senior Key Account Manager (Shtip)

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager will own the full sales lifecycle for strategic telecom and ICT customers in Macedonia. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, acquiring new key customers, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new key customers in line with the sales strategy.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing.
• Deliver against assigned revenue, volume, and KPI targets.
• Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (marketing, engineering, finance, operations).
• Coordinate resources to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead complex negotiations and manage long‑term contracts.
• Resolve escalations and proactively address customer challenges.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the full portfolio of telecom and ICT solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom or ICT.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the Macedonian telecom and business market.
• Excellent commercial mindset, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
• High level of ownership, autonomy and results orientation.
• Fluency in English and a valid Category B driver’s licence.
