Senior Media Project Manager

About the role

DEPT® is seeking a proactive Senior Media Project Manager to lead two high‑impact strategic initiatives that shape the company’s media and solution offerings. This role goes beyond task tracking; you will create structure, drive cross‑functional execution, and deliver executive‑level visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.
• Coordinate senior stakeholder alignment by working directly with leadership, internal experts, and external consultants.
• Define resource needs, secure team availability, establish clear roles, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
• Oversee multi‑region delivery, synchronising schedules, assets, and communications across AMER and EMEA teams.

Required profile

• Proven ownership mindset: ability to enter ambiguous environments, build structure, and drive projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing senior executives, external consultants, and cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt working hours for regular overlap with both EMEA and US stakeholders.
• Resilient, action‑oriented work ethic capable of meeting tight deadlines across regions.
• Agency, digital studio, or consultancy background with experience handling multiple high‑priority client projects.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hybrid working policy supporting a balance of remote and on‑site collaboration.
