Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

LIV ENTERPRISES, a fast‑growing logistics company, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join its on‑site team in Skopje. You will lead talent acquisition efforts across the organization, focusing on both senior and high‑volume positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various functions and levels.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for senior, hard‑to‑fill, and high‑volume roles.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Provide a professional, positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and stay updated on recruitment trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and develop talent pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
