Software Developer in Test (C#)

About the role

As a Software Developer in Test you will ensure the highest possible quality of Hornetsecurity’s award‑winning cybersecurity products. You will work full‑time in Skopje, collaborating with the development team on both on‑premises and cloud‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse product requirements to create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Develop and maintain test automation using C# and .NET Core.
• Test a variety of projects, from single‑page web applications with cloud‑hosted RESTful services to Windows desktop products.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies, provide estimates, and contribute to documentation.
• Continuously improve technical expertise and stay updated on software testing trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in QA/Test Automation.
• Strong knowledge of C#.NET Core and SQL.
• Experience with multiple test tools for API, front‑end, back‑end, load and performance testing.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and debugging skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• ISTQB certification or similar testing/technical education is a plus.
