About the role

As a Sales Advisor in a busy city‑mall store, you will create an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You will welcome visitors, guide them through the store, and help them find the right products while showcasing the latest fashion collections.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly welcome.
• Assist shoppers in locating items and making informed purchase decisions.
• Share fashion knowledge and product details to support customer choices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a strong desire to help customers.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and curiosity.
• Comfortable working with store technology and eager to learn.
• Flexible, action‑oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
