Store Visual Merchandiser – Retail Park

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Store Visual Merchandiser to bring the brand’s visual identity to life in its new Triangla Retail Park store. You will design and maintain engaging in‑store displays that enhance the shopping experience, highlight key products, and support sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising for the store, following corporate guidelines and promoting new product lines.
• Implement visual activities on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and the store team to schedule upcoming visual campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Turkey Head‑Quarter Visual Merchandising team to ensure corporate visual standards are applied.
• Arrange all visual materials—including signage, fixtures, and mannequins—according to brand specifications.
• Deliver communication and training programs to the store team on visual standards and activities.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of retail experience in a visual merchandising or similar role.
• Strong passion for fashion trends.
• Demonstrated ability to develop results‑oriented solutions.
• Problem‑solving, organization, and planning skills.
• Comfort working in a multinational, multicultural environment.
