Supply Chain Co-Founder & Head of Product (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Co‑Founder and Head of Product for a new supply‑chain startup. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed while you build and scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build and run a supply‑chain startup from idea to market.
• Iterate the product together with mentors until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead the development of the sales and marketing engine.
• Recruit and manage talent using our network of over 50 000 professionals.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders.
• Follow a personalised personal‑development programme focused on goal, time and energy management.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim to reach €100 M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
