Supply Chain Manager

About the role

This remote Supply Chain Manager position supports small manufacturers and startups with end‑to‑end supply‑chain needs. You will analyze demand patterns, manage inventory levels, and oversee supply‑management activities to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review forecasts and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
• Coordinate procurement activities and identify cost‑reduction and service‑improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to implement best practices and track performance metrics.
• Support technology‑enabled supply‑chain solutions and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
• Help clients achieve rapid, sustainable improvements in their supply‑chain operations.

Required profile

• Experience with PCBAs, custom metals fabrication (CNC, FAB) and plastics/moldings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work core Eastern Time zone hours and flex to meet Asian vendors as needed.
• Strong demand‑planning and forecasting abilities, advanced analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management, supply‑chain or ERP software, spreadsheets and AI tools.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple client priorities in a fully remote environment.
