About the role
We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team and support our global consultants. This candidate‑focused role supports senior members in headhunting and attracting C‑suite and senior leadership talent, offering an ideal start to a career in executive search.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in headhunting C‑suite and senior leadership talent.
- Conduct research and sourcing for live international searches.
Required profile
- Diligent, detail‑oriented and persistent with a curiosity for business and industry dynamics.
- Excellent spoken and written English, confident communicating with senior leaders.
- Organised, tech‑savvy and comfortable using LinkedIn, sourcing platforms and AI tools.
