Tax Manager

About the role

Pivara Skopje, a market leader in beverages and part of Coca‑Cola HBC and HEINEKEN, is seeking a Tax Manager to lead its tax function. You will act as the primary tax business partner for senior management and ensure compliance with local and group tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the tax function, ensuring full compliance with local and Group tax regulations.
• Prepare accurate and timely tax reporting, returns, provisions, and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Monitor legislative changes, assess impact, and advise the business.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities, providing practical recommendations.
• Support investments, new initiatives, and organizational changes from a tax perspective.
• Translate tax requirements into effective processes, controls, and system solutions.
• Coordinate tax audits and inspections, collaborating with authorities and external advisors.
• Develop the Tax team’s expertise and promote tax awareness across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of tax experience in an international environment.
• Experience in a Big Four firm or multinational FMCG company is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
