Tax & Treasury Lead

About the role

Join a world‑leading platinum group metals company as a Tax & Treasury Lead. You will oversee daily payment operations, manage cash flow, and support treasury activities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute supplier, employee, tax and intercompany payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor cash positions, prepare weekly cash‑flow forecasts and identify liquidity risks.
• Coordinate banking administration and maintain relationships with banks.
• Prepare treasury reports for the National Bank and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor foreign‑currency exposures, assess FX risks and collaborate on hedging strategies.
• Support documentation and monitoring of hedging instruments in line with Group Treasury policies.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Shared Services and external banking partners.
• Participate in treasury‑related projects, process improvements and system implementations.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Finance Operations, Cash Management or Payment Processing.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of banking platforms and domestic/international payment processes.
• Cash management and liquidity planning expertise.
• Experience with foreign‑exchange operations and exposure monitoring.
• Knowledge of local banking regulations and National Bank reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
