Tech Savvy Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Frontwise is looking for a Tech Savvy Recruitment Consultant to help clients solve complex hiring challenges across Europe and Asia. Based in Skopje, you will combine a recruitment mindset with a strong interest in technology, data and AI tools to deliver high‑quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international searches, identify and engage top talent, and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, taking ownership of delivering strong hiring outcomes.
• Stay curious about new sourcing techniques, AI developments and automation tools, testing ideas and sharing insights with the team.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a technology‑focused role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a tech‑related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment technology and AI developments.
• Digitally confident, fluent in English, analytical and proactive.
