Technical Account Manager (Skopje, North Macedonia)

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will be the primary liaison for key customers in Skopje, ensuring they derive maximum value from Axon’s hardware and cloud solutions. You will combine technical expertise with consultative guidance to help clients meet their operational goals while fostering long‑term strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day relationship with assigned customers, delivering best‑practice advice and technical expertise.
• Lead business and technical presentations, demos, and discussions with senior (VP‑level) stakeholders.
• Prioritise and execute project tasks independently, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to influence product roadmaps.
• Provide Tier‑2 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and create knowledge‑base articles for recurring problems.
• Report bugs and trends to engineering, and support technical escalations across the organisation.
• Set up and maintain internal test environments and deployment records.
• Collaborate with local partners to deliver software and hardware deployments, maintaining the relationship throughout the contract.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Strong leadership and project‑management abilities, able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % and work on‑site at customer locations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑centric mindset.
