Technical Recruiter

About the role

Deltatre is expanding its presence in North Macedonia and seeks a Technical Recruiter who can speak the language of developers and close top talent. The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week in the Skopje office, and reports to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for North Macedonia, building a high‑quality pipeline in a competitive IT market.
• Strengthen Deltatre’s employer brand and market positioning by proposing initiatives and aligning with global processes.
• Collaborate daily with the Group Head and three fellow recruiters to maintain global sourcing standards.
• Implement smart sourcing techniques to uncover hidden talent and continuously improve recruitment methods.
• Deliver a distinctive candidate experience that showcases the “Deltatre difference”.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a can‑do attitude.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with European teammates.
• Strong networking skills and awareness of current tech market trends.
• Meticulous data management and pipeline accuracy.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and willingness to experiment.
• Hybrid‑ready: able to work at least one day per week in the Skopje office.
