Telesales Specialist (Business Client Advisor)

About the role

ProCredit Bank Macedonia seeks a motivated, client‑focused Telesales Specialist to acquire and develop business clients, presenting tailored financial solutions and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business clients through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Lead online meetings with business owners and decision‑makers, presenting tailored financial solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial proposals and negotiate terms to close new business.
• Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing client financials and recommending products that support growth and working‑capital needs.
• Manage sales pipeline, track performance, and share market insights with senior management.
• Represent the bank at industry events and business forums to strengthen presence and generate opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A professional, client‑centric mindset.
• Drive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
