Truck Dispatcher – U.S. Market

About the role

Freightech Inc. is expanding its Skopje branch and seeks two experienced Truck Dispatchers to support U.S. operations. The role involves coordinating daily transportation activities, booking loads, and maintaining communication among drivers, brokers, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Book and assign loads for dry‑van and reefer trucks.
• Dispatch drivers, coordinate routes and schedules, and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers, resolving delays and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience dispatching trucks in the U.S. market.
• Proven experience booking loads for dry‑van and reefer equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dispatch software.
• Experience using load boards.
• Knowledge of U.S. transportation procedures.
