About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kisela Voda and focuses on recruiting professional truck drivers for the US logistics market. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, communicating job duties and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified truck drivers using online platforms.
• Conduct interviews and discuss job expectations with candidates.
• Maintain relationships with the recruitment team and hired drivers.
• Support staffing needs to build a reliable driver workforce.
