Volunteer Coordinator (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

The Volunteer Coordinator is a part‑time, fully remote position responsible for organising and supporting volunteers who source, review and curate campaign content. You will manage schedules, onboard new volunteers and deliver training on tools, processes and content guidelines while ensuring a positive, inclusive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with volunteers, answer questions and facilitate a supportive community.
• Create and manage volunteer schedules, onboarding procedures and training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align volunteer activities with campaign curation goals.
• Document volunteer activities, produce periodic engagement reports and assist with community outreach for recruitment and retention.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across remote channels.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and keep accurate records.
• Interest or experience in community outreach and inclusive volunteer engagement.
