Accountant – Full‑time, Skopje

About the role

FUCHS MAK DOOEL is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its Skopje office. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting operations that keep the business financially sound and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions, prepare invoices and maintain ledgers.
• Reconcile accounts and produce accurate financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and assist with tax documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support periodic audits.

Required profile

• Strong background in general accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Experience in a trading or industrial products environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Skopje and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
