Adsense Publisher Partnership Manager

About the role

Fire ADX is seeking a full‑time remote Adsense Publisher Partnership Manager to build and grow relationships with AdSense and Google Ad Manager (GAM) publishers. You will guide publishers through onboarding, approval, and optimization of their ad setups while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new publishers, support them through Google Ad Manager approval processes, and implement optimized ad placements.
• Analyze publisher performance data, identify growth opportunities, and recommend monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal ad‑operations, technical, and sales teams to refine ad setups and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide clear guidance on advertising policies, address publisher inquiries, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Required profile

• Experience in online advertising, ad tech, and programmatic monetization.
• Strong partnership or account‑management background with publishers.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
