AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI solutions for our clients across various industries. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complex business challenges into data‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑driven solutions, including predictive models and AI technologies, to deliver business value.
• Define AI use cases, create proof‑of‑concepts and deploy scalable production‑ready systems.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end AI pipelines with a focus on scalability, observability and continuous model optimisation using MLOps principles.
• Develop multi‑agent and AI workflows, either from scratch or with low‑code tools, that orchestrate data, tools and context.
• Architect robust backend services following SOLID principles and create RESTful or GraphQL APIs for AI workflows.
• Collaborate closely with back‑end engineers, front‑end developers, DevOps, strategists and clients, and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning and AI solutions.
• Experience across the full GenAI lifecycle, including observability, prompt optimisation, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services such as SageMaker, Azure ML or Vertex AI.
• Strong Python programming skills and ability to write clean, testable, reusable code.
