AI Engineer & Technical Product Owner

About the role

As a Founding AI Engineer, you will work directly with the founder to design, build, and iterate AI systems that power our e‑commerce operations and future SaaS products. Projects span computer vision, image manipulation, automated video generation, and agentic data analysis, covering the full pipeline from research to scalable web deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype AI‑driven tools using the latest AI‑assisted development platforms.
• Develop end‑to‑end pipelines that integrate multiple AI models into autonomous workflows.
• Build and deploy scalable web applications with Next.js and Python (FastAPI).
• Connect diverse APIs and serverless GPU providers to create seamless automated systems.
• Test MVPs in real‑world e‑commerce scenarios, iterate quickly, and scale successful solutions.

Required profile

• Modern developer who leverages AI coding assistants (e.g., GPT‑Codex, Claude code, Replit) to accelerate development.
• AI generalist comfortable across LLMs, diffusion models, and vision models.
• Agile learner who can master new AI frameworks or APIs over a weekend.
• Hacker mindset focused on ROI, building lean MVPs before polishing for scale.
• Architecture‑aware, able to orchestrate multiple models into a single agentic workflow.

Required skills

• Power‑user of GPT‑Codex, Claude code, Replit.
• Proficiency with Next.js and Python (FastAPI).
• Experience with AI frameworks: ComfyUI, Diffusers, IP‑Adapters, ControlNet.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
• Hands‑on with serverless GPU providers (Replicate, Fal, RunPod) and API integrations.
