AI Research Engineer – Design & Deploy AI Services

About the role

We are seeking an AI Research Engineer to join the PAIR team, driving the design, development, experimentation and production deployment of cutting‑edge AI services such as large language models, autonomous agents, NLP and analytics. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to robust, scalable production in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end AI solutions: design, develop, test and maintain services from prototype to production, ensuring performance, scalability and reliability.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation: benchmark models, document results and propose innovative approaches tailored to cybersecurity challenges.
• Monitor AI/ML advances: keep track of developments in LLMs, agents, NLP, DevOps and MLOps, and feed insights into the technical roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership: produce clear documentation, share knowledge and support multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in applied AI research or backend development with production‑grade AI services.
• Strong command of Go (micro‑services, REST/gRPC) and Python for AI/ML.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, distributed and real‑time systems).
• Solid AI/ML/NLP background: LLMs, embeddings, classification, text generation, model evaluation; MLOps knowledge is a plus.
• Scientific curiosity, autonomy, rigor, strong teamwork and excellent English communication.
