Airline Claims Manager – Remote (Contract)

About the role

AirAdvisor is seeking an Airline Claims Manager to lead the end‑to‑end processing of compensation claims for flight and baggage disruptions. You will work remotely, collaborating with a global team to ensure high‑quality claim submissions and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track compensation claims with airlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate regularly with clients, partners, and airline representatives.
• Gather and organize feedback from airlines and customers to improve processes.
• Coordinate with national aviation authorities on complex cases.
• Maintain detailed records and meet strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience interacting directly with clients or partners.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High integrity, analytical thinking, and openness.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle overtime when needed.
• Fluent English; additional European languages or Ukrainian are a plus.
