About the role

We are looking for an Analytical Assistant to join our fast‑growing financial institution in Skopje. You will support the team by preparing and analysing a wide range of performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, and helping turn client needs into new products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad‑hoc reports and analyses on results and performance.
• Control, verify and test the accuracy of all reports.
• Develop innovative reporting formats to improve tracking of results, performance and processes.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and collaborate with various departments to collect and process data.
• Enter and correct data in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Higher education (not mandatory).
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fundamental understanding of economic and financial terminology and business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, logical and organizational abilities.
