Audit & Assurance Intern, Associate & Senior Associate Roles

About the role

PwC is expanding its Audit & Assurance team in Skopje and is seeking motivated individuals for three levels: Intern, Associate and Senior Associate. The roles involve supporting audit engagements, interacting with clients, and contributing to the delivery of high‑quality assurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of clients' businesses and respond promptly to their requests.
• Assist team members by sharing information and supporting their work.
• Take ownership of assigned audit tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Prioritise workload effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Embrace new technologies and tools used in audit processes.
• Be willing to travel as required for client engagements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Macedonian.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Well‑developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by analytical and organisational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and openness to new technologies.
• Self‑awareness, willingness to seek feedback and act on suggestions.
• Proactive in asking for advice or help when needed.
